5 ways to reset your day in under 10 minutes

5 ways to reset your day in under 10 minutes

Some days feel like they run away from you

One minute you’re fine
and the next everything feels a bit too much

There’s no time to stop
no time to reset
just moving from one thing to the next

I used to think resetting meant starting over
having a whole new plan
waiting for the evening to finally switch off

But it doesn’t have to be like that

You can reset your day in small ways
in between everything else

Here are a few I come back to again and again

1. Wash your hands slowly

It sounds simple, but it works

Taking a minute at the sink
warm water, a familiar scent

It’s one of the quickest ways to pause
and come back to yourself

2. Step outside for a minute

No phone
no noise

Just a breath of fresh air
even if it’s only for a moment

3. Put your hair up and start again

There’s something about this
that feels like a reset in itself

A small shift
but it changes how you feel instantly

4. Light something, even in the middle of the day

A candle isn’t just for the evening

It’s a way of softening a space
and creating a moment
even when the day feels busy

5. Sit down for a minute with a drink

Not while doing something else
not while scrolling

Just a minute to stop

None of this is about having more time

It’s about using a few minutes differently

That’s what I think about when I’m creating each Suku piece

Not big routines
not unrealistic expectations

Just small things you reach for
that help you feel a little more like yourself again

These are the moments I’ve been building Suku around
quiet resets you can come back to, whenever you need them
