When will my order ship?

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Each piece is wrapped by hand to ensure it arrives safely, especially our glass and ceramic items. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Most of our bundles are already beautifully boxed and ready to gift.

For individual pieces and Curate Your Own orders, you can select gift wrapping at checkout. We use simple, neutral packaging designed to feel considered rather than overdone.

If you’d like to include a handwritten note, you can add a message at checkout.

Can I return a bundle?

Yes. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Bundles must be returned in full and in their original condition. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.

Due to the limited nature of some pieces, return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged.

Are items restocked?

Most pieces are sourced in small quantities and are not guaranteed to be restocked.

Once a bundle or individual item sells out, it may not return in the same format. If there’s something you love, we recommend securing it while it’s available.

How does Curate Your Own work?

Simply choose any three pieces from the Curate Your Own collection and 15 percent will be removed automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Most customers choose one statement piece and two smaller accents to create a cohesive set.

Orders over £75 also qualify for free UK shipping.
